Excavated kiva of the Ancestral Puebloan. Named after the Spanish explorers who documented them in 1776, the Dominguez and Escalante ruins at the Anasazi Heritage Center exhibit features and masonry similar to structures at Chaco Canyon, over a hundred miles to the south- southeast.
